How do you completely change your physical mannerisms and body language?

Some people say I have really strange mannerisms and body language. When i saw myself on video one time and looked at my posture, i was like OH...MY...GOD. I looked like the hunchback of notre dame, and when I reached to grab something I moved in a jerky, wobbly motion. I have the mannerisms of a toddler, and I think its the result of the mild asperger syndrome i was diagnosed with at age 9, which means I am neurologically inclined to move like that. Can I change the way I carry myself, and If I Can, How?

Hi paul ok. I'm going to use Esmeralda first as an example because she's the most important character in the male role. Between Esmeralda to Quasimodo their just friends. Esmerlada and Phoebus however is love. In the other version Phoebus is engaged with another woman but uses Eameralda for lust. Esmeralda marries gringoire but only to save him from being hang. (In the disney version Gringoire does not exist btw) So they just remained friends. And in Frollo's perspective is just lust between Esmeralda. Clopin and Esmerlada are just friends. Sister Gudule is actually the real mother of Esmeralda. Hint; her real name of Esmeralda is actuallyAgnes. (She is called Esmeralda because she always carries a green satchel wit her). When she was but an infant a couple of vegabounds/ gypsies kidnapped her from her craddle and switched babies (later on revelaed to be the infant Quasimodo who later Gudule gives him away at the church where Claude Frollo finds him and adopts quasi) Claude Frollo has a yoger brother who he raised at young age named Jehan btw. Should i be worried about my weigh?

I am 13 almost 14. I weigh 92.3 lbs and am 5ft 1in tall. Everyone says im really skinny, but i feel fat. I think im overweight. Also, i am a ballet, jazz , and lyrical dancer all year round. I dance 5 hours a week. In winter i cheer on my team for 7-10 hours a week and i tumble. In spring i have track practice 9 hours a week. Is this enough physcial activity. I usually weigh 90 lbs in winter btw. Am i at a healthy weight for my age? What do people my height and age usually weight? Sorry about all the info and questions.
