I would like to be a cheerleader and I need to know what kind of moves and tumbling I should do??please help?

A toe touch most definatly. They are like one of the most important jumps in cheer. Tumbling can be very very dangerous if you don't know how..but try a back hand spring or even a cartwheel makes a difference. Work on being loud and always smiling. Works on several different jumps and kicks and work your leg muscles since theyre used for jumping and stunting. Stretch alot about 30 minutes a day.
