actually your exercising is good but unless you dont get 2000 calories all you'll do is gain weight. What helped me loose alot is not eating white breads 100 whole wheat you can still eat sweet but just dont go overboard. and i also stoped drinking soda. Just dont think its helping by eating little meals. Remember your still young. and you need a good sources of calcium and try to get in as much fiber as possible. that will help alot.
