Well first thing is that I have 2 back problems, the first is what i think might be a slight hunchback, and i can kind of fix it by pulling my shoulders back. My second problem is what im pretty sure is lumbar lordosis, my butt sticks out and my spine curves a bit more than it should, and when i pull my shoulders back it puts more stress on my lower back. Please help, evrything i do just seems to make me look awkward, can someone please tell me what it is I really have or how to treat it?
