How do you do a front walkover, a running front flip, back handspring, splits, and a mocaco?
Okay i need help with these things. I can do the simple stuff like a cartwheel and handstand but I am having trouble doing a front walkover, a running front flip, back handspring, splits, and a mocaco. I can do a front flip and a back handspring on my trampoline and I feel very confident with them. I feel pretty confident doing a back handspring on a air mattress. I'm average for flexibility.....ok can do a handstand into a bridge and come up and kickover. I want to become more flexible on average because I know it will be easier to accomplish these things. Lastly, I won't have a professional spotter so don't tell me to go to the gym. I have accomplished a back handspring and round-off back handspring on the spring floor in a gym. I have tried on the floor but havent been able to accomplish it....I ordered a tumbling mat and it should be here soon like within a couple of days. PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH THESE FOR OVER A YEAR!!!!AND I PRACTICE A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
