Dog nails and cutting them?

My mini pin has a spaz attack at the sight of nail clippers. Is there anything I can do to help him get over this . I make sure to cut his last. I don't want him to freak my other 2 dogs out. The other 2 just lay there and let me cut file and message there paws. Can anyone help or suggest.
