Ah Mobile Internet Help.If There is anyone out there that has any idea's above me yelling.Lol.?

I'm on virgin mobile and about 7 month's ago my phone stopped being able to access Hotmail,Or messenger I changed phones since then.Twice! I live away from family and so email and messenger is the main reason I have a phone but either I get "unsupported scrpt type" or This browser does not support java or java is blocked.Or window's ID requires java.My phone is java enabled all of my phone's have been and all different brands.I used to be able to press just one hotmail button then be in my account and now I have to use mini opera go through that and try and get on and that work's but not for messenger.I now have a Alcatel one touch mini OT-708 .I hope there is someone ot there who know's this stuff.Just had enough now.
