Can I return a frdige without the box?

I recently bought a GE mini fridge from Wal-Mart and removed it from the box. My roommate, unfortunately, mistook the box for recycling. I was wondering if there was anyway that I could return the fridge to either Wal-Mart or the manufacturer with just a receipt. It's only been less than a week since the purchase. Thanks!
