HELP?! i dropped my fish!!!!!?

so about 10 minutes ago i was trying to clean the tank of the goldfish i won at the fair 2 days ago. I picked him up, and he fell about 4 feet onto the tile floor! I tried to pick him up right away, but he kept squirming so he was probably without water for a good 8 seconds! I feel so stupid and guilty!!! Isn't like a 4 feet drop like 10 stories for a mini goldfishh? Is he going to die? What can i dooooo?!!!
