Is it possible to tame an adult budgie?

I have one budgie who loves to play with me and his toys. Lately though, he wants the other birds to play with him in his mini playground. Unfortunately, the budgie he wants to play with isn't finger tamed. There's 7 of them. Three are finger trained but the other 4 are not. their ages are 1 year old female albino(biter),2 year old female graywing(afraid of my hand) and a green female budgie(screeches when my finger is near) I really don't want to clip there wings but I will if I have to. I know a place where to clip their wings. Also will my baby budgie forget how to talk if it lives with the other budgies? 5 stars for best answer!
