It this a crime? filming a hate video about another person?

When I was in high school 2 years ago I got bullied a lot. Cyberbullying, posts about me on gossip websites and name calling etc. It all started when this girl who was popular spread this untrue rumor about me. I know those are not crimes. However I was on the cousin of the popular girls facebook today. And I found a video from 2 years ago. It was called ediquette school. The popular girl was the teacher and the cousin played the part of me the cousin was introduced as Heather (my name). Then the teacher made fun of the student (who was supposed to be me) for not standing up straight. She called the student/me a hunchback laughed at her and went on and on about how ugly and worthless she was. I have bad posture and my name is Heather. These girls hated me and I am 100% sure this video was filmed about me. It is 2 years old but today was the first time I saw it today. It's still up. The girls were 16 years old and I was 17 at the time the video was filmed. We've all graduated high school now me two years ago them last year. But I am wondering is there anything I can do about this video? Like get them in legal trouble. or is it not a crime?
